My dad, a true hero in my eyes! one of a kind, funny, witty and simply the best dad and grandad. nothing was ever too much trouble for him,he help anyone if he could. a loving husband to my mum, father to 3 children and grandad to 7 children and 2 he will never get to see.
sadly whilst riding his bike to work he fell to sleep and was taken away from us. way to sooon and wasnt his time to go yet.
i hope ur looking down on us dad,and havin a good time up there tellin ur rubbish jokes. love u lots and miss u so much, untill we meet again xxx

Merry Christmas Michael. I'm going to be happy today, even knowing that you won't be with us, well with us as we know it.
I know you are always looking over our shoulders, you must be bloody busy!!
I will make sure I have a toast to you today. A day doesn't go by when I don't think of you, most days it's a smiley response, and sometimes I get hormonal and blub like a baby, but hey if you don't do that for family who will you do it for?
Take care and have a bloomin blast. You will never be forgotten (hehe my eyes are a little moist but I'm going to be strong dammit!) and we will all meet up when our time is due.

Mike, what can I say that hasn't already been said? You were , and still, are loved an liked by so many. You could always make everyone feel better with your stupid jokes and the time you took to help others.I remember so many thing you said and did.Like the time I was watching telly , just after I got married, there was a knock on the door and it was the police, you'd given me a telly only it wasn't yours to give! No telly for us for a while then!At Christmas, playing cards at mums and the language! your be happy to know that Tina has carried on that tradition for you.You'd be very proud of all of your kids and how they have and still are coping with all of their pain of losing a very special dad

wanted to say im missing you so much, the other morning i woke and it was the first time you were not the first thing on my mind, the guilt i felt was unbarable. times flying by and yet even though its only been almost 18mths it feels like a century that i havnt seen you. i had so much left to say to you and it hurts that i never got the chance.
